Changes to Club Bylaws & Rules
In considering the arrangements for the Club’s first AGM, the Management Committee has made a number of small changes to the Club Bylaws & Rules.  These are summarised below and shown in the attached, red lined document.  The website has been updated with the new version of the Club Bylaws & Rules.
•         Changes to allow for proxy voting at the meeting
•         Process to be followed if the AGM is not quorate
•         Transfer of the responsibility for appointing the independent reviewer of the club accounts to ManCom, instead of the AGM
•         Change to allow for the possibility that the independent reviewer could be an external party
•         Change to notification period for AOB

There have been no other changes to the Club Bylaws & Rules since the club was founded.
